Will McGoldrick 是TNC的亞太區董事總經理，其辦公地點在澳洲，負責帶領區內15個國家/地區的事務，支持保護土地、海洋及淡水資源，以及以創新、以科學為本緩解及適應策略應對氣候變化，而兩者皆是TNC全球最首要的項目，涉及預算金額達7000萬美元。
在20年的保育生涯中，Will在企業實踐、國際談判、慈善事業和政府政策和計劃方面獲取豐富經驗。他在2015年加入TNC，曾擔任TNC的氣候策略總監及亞太區保育總監，負責監督的團隊主要致力於擴大蒙古國的保護區，恢復香港的貝類礁以及其他保育項目。
在加入TNC前，Will在世界自然基金會澳洲分部擔任過多個高級政策職位，關注氣候和可持續發展。他亦曾在太平洋島國生活和工作，包括在薩摩亞的四年間，擔任該國政府氣候變化政策顧問，親證氣候變化對脆弱地區造成的威脅，使他提倡全球需採取更全面的應對措施。
Will擁有悉尼大學和澳洲墨爾本蒙納士大學的國際法、科學和人文學位，並在多個學術期刊上發表文章。其論文《Financing Adaptation in Pacific Island Countries: Prospects for the Post-2012 Climate Regime》曾獲高等級別獎項，並發表在《Australian International Law Journal 》上。
目前，Will與妻子和兩名子女居於澳洲墨爾本。
